Being a young parent comes with a ton of responsibilities and a lot of juggling. Finding a way to balance different aspects of young parenthood can be really tough. So how can we make sure we’re eating healthy and fueling our body with the best foods when we have a million other things to think about?
Last night, we had a live young parent chat on twitter with some amazing tweeters. Although the idea of eating healthy seems really hard when you have little time and picky eaters, there are some simple ways to make it work.
Aside from sharing our own tips and advice to our young parent peers, we had a great chance to share some of our favorite recipes with one another. It can be tough to believe some of the recipes we find online are delicious and easy so having peer recommendations made it easier for us!
